Yr 5/6 Santa Dash - Shorefields Technology College

Over 80 pupils from Windsor, St.Cleopas and St.Anthony of Padua took part in the Santa hat Dash held at Shorefields Technology College. The course consisted of a short distance of approximatley 1 mile. Pupils dressed in either santa costumes or p.e. wear. The poor weather did not dampen the pupils efforts or spirits. The event was based on participation as opposed to competition although there were prizes for the first 3 girls and first 3 boys finishers. St.Anthony of Padua were the strongest team with their boys finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!! Their girls also clinched 1st and 3rd place with Windsor managing to steal 2nd place girls medal. Well done to all those for taking part!!
