Rugby at Aigburth High

Pupils based at Aigburth High School have for the past two years been engaging in rugby, with specialist coaches, brought in using funding from sports unlimited. This funding has enabled pupils to gain access to rugby, out of school hours. Some have gone on to join rugby clubs in their local area and are now playing and enjoying a sport they might otherwise not of engaged in.All the pupils involved really enjoyed the sessions and it really raised their self confidence, fitness and self esteem.
